One of a kind, of the many!
Creatine Monohydrate has been around for many years and it’s no secret many uses it to put on size and strength gains. Naked Nutrition has introduced its own Creatine, but what makes it that much better than other creatines in the market today? Let’s find out.
The market has demanded and delivered many variations of Creatine with so many promises. From better size gains, and strength without additional bloating which is a side-effect from Creatine usage.
Creatine helps by cell volumization through water retention. This is one of the reasons why those who use Creatine appear to gain muscle mass faster than those who do not.
Now there are different Creatines in the market such as the Creatine HCL, Creatine Citrate, Peptides, and the traditional Monohydrate. Each has their own pros and cons; but if you’re settling with Creatine Monohydrate, you should try Naked Nutrition Creatine.
Naked Nutrition has made a mark in the sports and fitness nutrition industry. They pride themselves as being the purest of its kind, offering their supplements certified vegan with no Soy, GMOs or gluten-free. Of course, it has its price for being able to offer such high quality product. They are a bit more expensive, but you’ll be receiving a premium product.
The Product: Creatine Monohydrate
Naked Nutrition Creatine is simply Creatine Monohydrate and nothing else. Based on the product label, Naked Nutrition’s formula has been tested for heavy metals. This is what makes this premium product. You are getting what you see and no additional additives or surprises that may be harmful to your health.
Taste and Mixing
As expected, there is no flavor with Naked Nutrition Creatine. It’s best to mix it with 14-16 ounce juice, my personal favorite is Cranberry or a pre-workout.
There are usually two things you can assess Creatine Monohydrate for and that is how well it mixes and any after-taste.
With Naked Creatine, it was very easy to mix and dissolves very quickly. There was no gritty chalky after-taste like some of the other powdered Creatine Monohydrates.
As mentioned, Naked Nutrition offers high quality products, but at a premium cost. You will not receive any fillers and know exactly what you’re putting in your body.
The serving size is 5 gram, with 200 servings in a single container. I think the price isn’t so bad if you think of the pure quantity you’re getting.
In comparison to other Creatine products, Naked Nutrition gives the similar results since its just Creatine Monohydrate. The best time to take it, is closest to your workout. Some may pre-load, and some don’t. I personally haven’t and have seen significant gains in a matter of weeks. I have been able to consistently push more weight and go longer at the gym. It’s just a peace of mind to know what I’m taking is exactly what I’m paying for.
You can stack it with Protein Powder, and BCAAs to maximize the benefits reaped from your hard work in the gym.
MuscleTech Cell Tech SX-7 Revolution Creatine is also a great Creatine product. It has a superior mixture of creatine such as HCL, Citrate, and Monohydrate. To read more, click here.
Naked Nutrition Creatine is a really great product. You will get the added benefit of taste and easy mixing. Since Naked Nutrition Creatine dissolves easily, it will prevent any from going to waste and your body can digest it much easier.
Just remember to drink plenty of water, as Creatine will cause dehydration and bloating. A gallon of water minimal would be for best results.
